1. Southlake Away Kit: Including–> Black Jersey, Black Shorts, & Black Socks
2. Red Jersey
3. White Jersey
4. Warm-up Jacket
5. Warm-up Pants

Ordering Instructions: Due June 9th

• Log into the Southlake Team Store
• Select the uniform items listed above.
• Enter your assigned jersey number listed above.
• Select any additional items you wish to purchase from the team store.
• When checking out, choose the bulk pickup option (it’s free).
• Choose your team that you are part of: Wolford Girls, Terada/Wolford Boys, or Askerov Boys
• Your coach or manager will pickup all jerseys for the team and get them to you when available.
